- Build and maintain experimentation roadmaps : form hypotheses, run A / B / multivariate tests, analyze results, and iterate toward revenue KPIs.
- Architect and optimize marketing automation : lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and multi-step nurtures in platforms like HubSpot / Marketo.
- Own email end-to-end : segmentation, messaging, cadence, A / B testing (subject, creative, CTAs, timing), email drip creation and drip maintenance, contact list building, and attribution to SQLs / revenue.
- Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns : On Google, Meta, and YouTube : audience strategy, creative testing frameworks, budgets, and conversion tracking integrity.
- Build organic growth systems end-to-end : advanced keyword and intent mapping, entity-oriented content strategy, and technical / on-page / off-page optimization to drive non-branded, high-intent traffic and qualified pipeline.
- Optimize for the evolving landscape of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) : structure content for passage / entity understanding, featured snippets / People Also Ask, AI overviews, and generative search surfaces; implement schema and patterns that improve retrieval, ranking, and inclusion in responses.
- Partner with content, design & dev teams : To align narrative, UX, and analytics into a cohesive revenue engine.
- Report on what matters : CAC by channel, funnel conversion rates, marketing-influenced pipeline, and ROAS with clear insights and actions.
