Job description0-2 years of software QA experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment (strong internships count). A strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing principles, and the SDLC. Experience with bug tracking tools (like Jira). Experience writing clear test cases and test plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. A proactive self-starter : you take initiative, ask questions, and manage your time effectively. BA / BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Basic knowledge of SQL. An interest in cybersecurity or complex B2B technology.

What will you do?
- Design & Execute Tests : Write, and maintain clear test plans and test cases based on product requirements.
- Perform Manual Testing : Conduct thorough manual testing (functional, regression, UI / UX) to ensure product quality before release.
- Identify & Report Bugs : Discover, meticulously document, and track defects in our bug tracking system (e.g., Jira).
- Collaborate & Verify : Work closely with developers and product managers to communicate defects and verify fixes.
- Support the SDLC : Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle, helping to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
