About the Role
We are seeking the right candidate for our client, a reputed Pharma Engineering projects & manufactuing, to lead EPC projects in the Pharma and Biotech sectors.
The role involves complete ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead project execution across multiple sites while managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and progress updates.
- Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams – engineers, project managers, procurement, and site teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations.
- Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
- Support contract negotiations, vendor management, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
