IT Recruiter – LinkedIn Sourcing Specialist (Female Preferred)

Location : Bangalore (Malleshwaram)

Department : MTCI | Job Grade : E1

Experience Required : 2 to 4 years

Wok mode : Onsite (Work from office) (Monday to Friday)

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s in HR, Computer Science, or related field

Role Overview & what we look for

As an IT Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent exclusively through LinkedIn . You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for end-to-end technical hiring across multiple domains including software development, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps .

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
  • Build Boolean search strings and use filters to target niche tech talent.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments.
  • Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
  • Draft and post job descriptions tailored to specific tech roles.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
  • Stay updated on tech trends and hiring strategies.

Core Competencies

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (Java, Embedded, IoT, DevOps, Cloud).
  • Familiarity LinkedIn Recruiter , and Boolean search techniques .
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and tech stacks.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
  • Experience in volume hiring and niche tech roles .
