About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager – US Talent Acquisition to lead and drive high-volume hiring for our technology consulting and digital transformation business. The role requires a proven leader who is hands-on, experienced in the US market, and capable of scaling recruitment operations to support rapid growth.
As a leader in this role, you will manage a team of recruiters, work closely with senior leadership, and ensure hiring strategies align with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full life cycle recruitment (sourcing to closing offers) for senior technical roles including Architects, Engineers, and Designers.
- Build and execute scalable recruiting processes to accelerate company growth.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search and direct outreach.
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience, including salary negotiations and closing.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify short-term and long-term workforce needs.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics such as sourcing pipeline, TTF (time-to-fill), interviews scheduled, etc.
- Coach and mentor a team of 3 recruiters.
- Ensure timely delivery of hires while maintaining quality and cultural fit.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Managers, and Leadership teams.
- Occasionally partner with third-party agencies for niche roles if needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
12+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 10+ years in the US market.Proven track record in full recruitment life cycle for technology consulting or digital transformation roles.Strong experience hiring for Architects, Engineers, and Designers.Prior team management / leadership experience.Hands-on recruiter who can deliver while leading a team.Experience in startup or high-growth environments is mandatory.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong market knowledge of IT services industry.Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred.Job stability in previous roles is mandatory.Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with automated candidate engagement campaigns.Exposure to hiring for modern consulting setups.Work Mode & Timings
Shift Timings : US Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST).Onboarding Date : End of September.Reporting To : MD – Talent & Resourcing (US-based).✅ Important Notes
