Experience : Minimum 2+ years in Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with assigned bank branches and support branch staff.
• Generate business from bank walk-ins, leads, and referrals.
• Explain life insurance products to bank customers and assist in choosing suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly revenue and productivity targets.
• Drive business through branch banking channels and coordinate with the bank team.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high-quality service.
• Conduct regular training sessions for bank staff to improve product awareness.
