Product Development Intern

SwayamWhere is a modern, values-aligned matrimony brand. As a Product Intern , you’ll turn user insights into clear flows and lightweight MVPs. Success looks like crisp problem statements, fast iterations, and measurable impact. This role partners closely with Design, Marketing, and Founders; strong performers receive PPO with ESOPs after the 6-month internship.

Responsibilities

• Translate user problems into PRDs, wireframes, and click-through prototypes (Figma).
• Map user journeys, edge cases, and acceptance criteria; keep scope tight.
• Run lean user research : quick interviews, feedback calls, and usability tests.
• Ship 0→1 experiments with engineering / design; document in Notion.
• Track outcomes (activation, retention proxies, qualitative signals) in Sheets / GA / Amplitude.
• Communicate progress with clear async updates and demo reviews.
