Job Description :
Roles and responsibilities include :
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs
- Conduct training through new materials
- Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Communicate training needs and online resources
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials, Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all training materials
- Review employee performance and learning
- Candidates with prior Training Experience in chat handling process would be preferred
Key Deliverables (KRA / Measure) :
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional softwareExperience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platformsGood interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of managementAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyLeadership, team building, and management skillsDeliver New Hire Training BatchesConduct Refresher Trainings / cross trainings per requirementsDevelop Content for various trainingsLiaison with different functions to drive business objectivesCalibrations within the team and with the quality teamMaintain various training data and prepare reportsConduct PKT's for associates on the floorConduct TNI / TNA to understand process requirements and roll out action plansConsult with TL's / peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiativesWork Experience
Minimum 1.8 years’ previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
