Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Designer, based in Bengaluru with some work from home options. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for digital products, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will also be involved in prototyping and iterating on design solutions, ensuring designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Skills in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects is highly desirable
