Role Description

We are hiring a

Video Editor

who can translate raw match footage, athlete content, and behind-the-scenes clips into high-impact, emotionally charged visuals that feel like sports cinema. If you understand pacing, hype, and fan psychology — this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Edit promos, hype reels, match highlights, and digital shorts optimized for YouTube & social media.

Build story-driven edits around athletes, rivalries, and event narratives with strong pacing and emotional beats.

Work with sound design, crowd energy, impact hits, and dramatic score to enhance intensity.

Maintain visual consistency, templates, LUTs, and editing style guides for the brand.

Stay aligned with editing styles seen in UFC / WWE promos, MMA montage creators, or esports hype edits.

Manage footage, organize timelines, and ensure quick turnaround without losing quality.

Requirements

Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.

Proven editing experience in sports, combat sports, gaming, or entertainment-style content.

Sense of timing, pacing, hook retention, and edit psychology for fan-driven content.

Ability to create impactful intros, montage cuts, slow-mo highlights, and energy spikes.

Comfortable iterating quickly, taking feedback, and bringing fresh creative input.

Understanding of YouTube / Instagram format dynamics (short-form hooks, retention cuts, aspect ratios, etc.)

Bonus Skills

Experience with color grading, cinematic LUTs, motion graphics, or documentary-style sports edits.

Familiarity with styles seen in combat sports highlight channels or creator-led sports breakdowns.
