Job Description

Title : Global Head of Talent Acquisition

Location : New Delhi

Department : Human Resources

Reports To : Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Experience Required : 17 - 22 years

About the Role

As we are present in 60+ countries across all continents of the world, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Global Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our global hiring function. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. This leader will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition operations, including workforce planning, employer branding, executive hiring.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the domestic and global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs and develop proactive sourcing plans.
  • Build data-driven recruitment frameworks to improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire metrics.

Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing talent acquisition team across geographies.
  • Build internal capabilities through structured training, coaching, and process optimization.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Operations & Process Excellence

  • Oversee recruitment operations, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.
  • Drive process improvements using industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance in all hiring practices.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HRBPs, business heads, and external partners to deliver on talent needs.
  • Establish strong relationships with executive leadership for senior and critical hiring.
  • Report key recruitment metrics to senior leadership and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.
  • Ideal Candidate :

    Should be tech-Savvy and accustomed to recruitment tools to build TA productivity. Preference would be given to a candidate who has worked in Talent Acquisition roles.
