Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. IT Recruiter to join our HR team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in IT recruitment. As a Sr. IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring we attract top-tier candidates who align with our company's needs and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions - Technical & Leadership Hiring
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels including job boards, social media, and internal networks.
- Conduct initial phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.
- Manage candidate experience and ensure timely feedback at all stages of the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in IT recruitment and leadership hiring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough experience with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and senior roles
- Hands-on experience in leadership, niche, and lateral hiring
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management
- Experience in headhunting and passive candidate outreach
- Ability to work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand role requirements
- Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT hiring trends
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
