Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UX Developer with strong expertise in creating user-centric designs,

seamless interfaces, and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a

deep understanding of design principles to deliver scalable, accessible, and aesthetically refined applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design and development process for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and deliver intuitive

user experiences.

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms and devices.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
  • Stay updated with emerging UX / UI trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers / developers and contribute to establishing UX guidelines and design systems.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of proven experience in UX / UI design and front-end development.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS / Angular or equivalent front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or animation libraries.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design architecture.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.

    • Job Location : Chetpet, Chennai

    Timings : 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM

    Work Mode : WFO (Mon-Fri)
