Job descriptionEducation : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience : 7–10 years in software development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead / mentorship role. Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas : Backend : Node.js, Nest JS, Java, .NET, Python, PHP, or similar. Frontend : React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks. Mobile : Android, iOS, Flutter, React Native. Cloud & DevOps : AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD. Databases : SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra). Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices. Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git), project management tools (Jira, Trello), and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. Experience in leading cross-functional and distributed teams. Exposure to AI / ML, Data Engineering, or Cybersecurity (a plus). Certifications in cloud technologies or project management (e.g., AWS, Azure, PMP, Scrum Master).

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software products while mentoring the team to achieve technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of software developers across multiple technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide architectural direction and make decisions on system design, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and maintain high standards for software quality.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members, helping them grow in their technical and professional skills.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Drive Agile practices, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance considerations are built into solutions.
