Responsibilities :
- Set sales goals and create effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Research and generate qualified sales leads and new business prospects
- Connect with potential and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and commercial offers
- Manage the entire sales process using sales and CRM software tools
- Build and maintain a robust CRM database to track customer interactions and pipeline
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Actively participate in sales team meetings , reviews, and strategy discussions
- Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities , and customer needs
Qualifications :
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred : MBA or B.Tech in Textile )Minimum 4+ years of experience in a sales or business development roleProven track record of achieving sales targets and handling B2B customer accountsStrong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, CRM tools , and sales management softwareGood negotiation, problem-solving , and presentation skillsFluent in English ; proficiency in regional / local language is a plusSkills Required
