Role & responsibilities :
1. Develop and optimize pricing models tailored for IT services targeting global markets.
2. Leverage expertise in various pricing models, including Time & Material (T&M), Fixed Price, Resource Unit (RU)-based pricing, Subscription-based, and Consumption-based models, to create customized solutions for diverse customer needs.
3. Analyze and account for all cost components, including manpower costs (salaries, benefits, training, etc.) and non-manpower costs (infrastructure, tools, software, overheads, etc.), to build accurate and competitive pricing structures.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to evaluate overheads, cost allocations, and ensure alignment with profitability targets.
5. Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to stay updated on industry pricing standards, trends, and competitor strategies.
6. Establish frameworks for pricing proposals, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), ROI (Return on Investment), and hybrid pricing models.
7. Work closely with solutions and sales teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives and customer expectations.
8. Provide expert guidance on pricing strategy for complex deals, including global and regional variations.
9. Support in training internal teams on pricing models, cost breakdowns, and strategies.
