Quality Assurance Manager

Hiring : QA Manager | Bangalore (Work from Office).

We’re looking for an experienced QA Manager to lead and mentor a team of 8 QA engineers, driving quality excellence across multiple projects.

Experience : 10–14 years

Type : Full-time / Permanent

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8 QA engineers (manual + automation).

Define and implement QA strategy, test processes, and quality standards.

Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Review and improve test automation frameworks and regression suites.

Manage test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle tracking.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA delivery.

Required Skills :

10–14 years in QA, with 3–5 years in a QA Manager / Lead role.

Expertise in manual and automation testing (Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, etc.).

Experience with Agile / Scrum , CI / CD , and tools like Jira, Zephyr, or TestRail.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

ISTQB / CSTE certification.

Exposure to cloud, mobile, or performance testing.
