Tech Lead - PHP Full stack (5-7 years)

About the Role

As a Tech Lead , you’ll take ownership of backend architecture and development, guide a team of engineers, and deliver high-performance applications. You’ll work on integrations, custom solutions, and platforms like Magento , WordPress , and Shopify , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development using Laravel and modern PHP frameworks
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems
• Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI , and third-party services
• Oversee projects involving Magento, WordPress, Shopify , and related stacks
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement best practices
• Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery
• Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation

Preferred Qualifications
