Mainstreamtek is hiring a Business Transformation Associate to drive digital change across our Fin Tech and Asset Management client projects. This is a critical role for someone with deep expertise in buy-side operations and a passion for shaping the future of financial services.

About the Role

You'll be a key player in our digital transformation journey, working closely with business and technology teams to modernize systems, enhance user experiences, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Business Cases : Assist in developing business cases, strategies, and clear objectives for new digital transformation projects.
• Domain Expertise : Leverage your thorough understanding of buy-side asset management operations to guide project scope and execution.
• System Implementation : Provide hands-on support in setting up digital systems, designing key user journeys, and supporting project implementation across diverse teams.
• Compliance : Ensure all developed policies and transformation initiatives comply with the relevant regulatory framework.
• Stakeholder Management : Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills to align business stakeholders and drive consensus.
