CTC : ₹6.5 LPA - ₹8.2 LPA

Role Summary

We're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can take ownership of brand voice, drive content strategies and mentor younger talent - all while delivering punchy and purposeful content. You'll lead campaigns, brainstorm and bring copy to life across platforms, from Instagram carousels to pitch decks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end content strategy and execution across digital campaigns.
• Translate briefs into creative gold — understanding TG, tone, brand personality and goals.
• Mentor and guide junior copywriters; review content and provide constructive feedback.
• Plan, write and execute monthly content calendars across platforms.
• Work closely with the design and strategy teams to create cohesive campaigns.
• Brainstorm and contribute to pitch ideas and brand campaigns.
• Create platform-specific copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, etc.
• Write in real-time for trending content and moment marketing.
• Stay updated on platform updates, content trends and pop culture moments.
• Represent MAD’s tone of voice — bold, witty, intentional and never boring.
