Roles and Responsibilities :
Primary point-of-contact for client accounts, Understand Key deliverables & lead day-to-day management of client experience.
Manage effective communication between the client and the team.
Assign tasks, coordinate between the creative team, review each step, offer suggestions and meet the project expectations.
Juggle effectively between multiple clients’ needs and ensure the timely delivery of the projects.
Coordinate all aspects of client project management and ability to handle all related administrative jobs.
Assist in project coordination with creative & production team and external vendors
Understand branding practices and guidelines of the agency and apply this knowledge in preparing / assisting presentations.
The ability to research and work out a content strategy that is in sync with the brand’s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook & Youtube and devise strategic content.
Criteria : :
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English with at least 1+ years of relevant experience in a reputed Creative Agency / Advertising Agency.
