Floor Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on the training floor, manage and guide team members, ensure effective delivery of training and development programs, and monitor performance to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring that team activities align with the company's objectives.

Location : Arasur, coimbatore

Qualification : Diploma or BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Experience : 2 to 5 years ( automobile or manufacturing industry )

Industry : Commercial vehicle / Passenger vehicle

Key responsibilities :

Supervise daily production and manpower activities

Maintain quality, safety and 5s standards

Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams

Drive productivity and continuous improvement
