What You’ll Do

Lead our Client Acquisition efforts across India

Pitch hiring & staffing solutions to MNCs, SMEs, and high-growth companies

Attend client meetings, industry summits, conferences, expos & networking events

Build relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders & Founders

Work closely with the founder for strategy & execution

Bring business and ensure recurring accounts

Who Should Apply?

We want someone who :

Has 1+ year experience in Recruitment / Staffing / HR Consultancy / Client Acquisition

Is aggressive, sharp, ambitious & target-driven

Has the flair to convert prospects into long-term clients

Has the confidence to handle decision-makers at top companies

Is comfortable with targets, deadlines & performance metrics

Is ready for office-based work in Kochi

Can attend client meets, events & industry summits (travel when required)

Must-Have Skills

Strong communication & negotiation

Understanding of recruitment cycle

Experience in talent acquisition or consulting

CRM / lead management / outreach skills

High energy, high drive, high ownership
