MEP Engineering Manager

Job Summary :

The MEP Engineering Manager will lead and manage the HVAC / FPS engineering team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, Fire Protection system, Fire Detection system. This role involves coordinating projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering innovation within the team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, technical expertise in HVAC / FPS engineering, and a proven track record in project management. HVAC Design / Engineering experience in Oil & Gas projects is preferred.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the HVAC / FPS engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the design and development of HVAC / FPS systems, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC / FPS solutions into overall project plans.
• Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for HVAC / FPS engineering projects.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
