Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Global Recruiter at Expert Law. The Global Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent to meet the firm's staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment requirements, managing job postings, conducting candidate assessments and interviews, and building a diverse global talent pipeline. This role requires effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful hiring of qualified professionals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates

Skills in recruitment strategy development and diversity hiring practices

Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience in law firm recruitment or legal industry knowledge is a plus
