About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to join our Investment Banking Team as MD / Director – Investment Banking & Head of Technology Sector Coverage . This leadership role will focus on the coverage of Technology sector and drive strategic origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions , with an emphasis on IPOs, QIPs follow on offering etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coverage across Technology sector including IT Services, Technology, SAAS, Telecom and allied sub-sectors.
• Originate and execute ECM transactions including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and other capital market activities.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with corporates, financial investors, sovereign funds, and government bodies .
• Manage end-to-end execution of complex transactions such as restructuring, corporate strategy, fund-raising, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to expand mandates in PE, M&A, and Structured Finance within the four sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to position Systematix as a trusted client partner and lifecycle banker .
• Mentor and guide junior team members to build talent depth and team capability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal governance during all transactions.
