We are on a mission to redefine the insurance industry through innovative and scalable technology solutions. We are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about building products from the ground up, and dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and scale customer-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Shadcn.
Own the entire lifecycle of features from UI / UX design, development, deployment, to performance optimization.
Contribute to architectural decisions and promote front-end best practices within the team.
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality product delivery.
Explore backend integration and API development as needed (optional).
Focus on enhancing performance, scalability, security, and overall user experience.
Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development, with strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

Proven track record of delivering real-world, production-quality web applications.

Solid understanding of modern frontend development practices, including component design, routing, state management, and data handling.

Experience with Next.js and its server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) capabilities is a strong plus.

Passion for problem-solving through technology and creating value for end users.

Experience building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and scalable frontend solutions.

Exposure to fintech, gaming, or insurance domains is a bonus.
