• Analyze and optimize JDE CAMS (Contract and Asset Management System) processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JDE CAMS modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users.
• Implement best practices for JDE CAMS functionalities and enhancements.
• Assist in system upgrades and integrations with other ERP modules.
