Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Construction Supervisor. The Construction Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, including supervising staff, inspecting work quality, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. Tasks include managing schedules, coordinating with clients, ensuring compliance with building codes, and addressing any on-site issues promptly to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision experience
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Inspection and quality control proficiency
• Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulations
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
• Previous experience in wall texturing and decorative finishes is a plus
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or related field
