We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead to drive technology strategy, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role involves owning the technology roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, and working closely with stakeholders while maintaining deep involvement in architecture, design, and implementation.
You will play a key role in building mission-critical systems with a strong focus on low-latency, high-throughput platforms and real-time financial market applications.

- Design, develop, test, and review complex software systems
- Own and drive the complete technology roadmap and execution
- Lead and mentor development teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software artifacts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Engage with market trends and industry best practices
- Maintain strong customer focus and business alignment
- Oversee release management and system scalability strategies
- Implement robust architectural and design principles
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
