Educational Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Counsellor to join our Australia-focused admissions and immigration team. This is a remote position operating in Australian time zones . The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of onshore market experience , strong knowledge of the Australian immigration and education industry , and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide professional counselling to students seeking to study in Australia, guiding them on course selection, institutions, entry requirements, and career pathways.
• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate guidance.
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses as per their educational background, experience, and AQF level.
• Assist students with the complete admission process including application submissions, documentation, COE follow-ups, and offer letter processing.
• Maintain strong relationships with Australian colleges and university partners; coordinate with representatives for applications, offers, and visa-related queries.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all student interactions and applications in CRM or company portals.
• Stay updated with current Australian immigration policies , visa subclasses, and education sector updates.
• Support students with visa-related queries and documentation guidance in coordination with the immigration team.
• Uphold company values, maintain professionalism, and deliver exceptional client service.
