Our client is a Business Solutions and Services company based in Mumbai. They are hiring for their UK based financial client.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Processing Executive. The role involves collecting and organizing client documentation and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Finance Admin Support
- Send and follow up on client Fact-Find & financial documents
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organised client folders on OneDrive
- Prepare Terms of Business, lender forms & application packs
- Coordinate valuations, solicitors, and lenders
- Track underwriting progress & share updates with clients
- Support DIP & full mortgage application preparation
- Update internal registers and manage calendars
Property Admin Support
