We are building a  global education & digital platform  that combines education, technology, and community-based services. Our long-term vision is to create a scalable product serving users across multiple countries.

This is a  product-based role , not a short-term client project.

Role Overview

We are looking for a  Senior Full-Stack Developer  who can take ownership of core platform features, work closely with the Founder, and help bring the product to launch stage.

This role requires  real execution ability , clean coding practices, and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core features of the platform
• Convert UI / UX designs (Figma) into high-quality production code
• Build scalable backend APIs and frontend interfaces
• Improve and refactor existing codebase where necessary
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability of the system
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers when required
• Participate in architecture and technical decision-making

Technical Requirements

Must Have

5+ years of professional software development experience

Strong experience with  React.js / Next.js

Backend experience with Node.js / Laravel / Django  (any one)

Experience with relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL)

REST API development experience

Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security

Experience working on real production systems

Good to Have

Cloud experience (AWS / DigitalOcean / GCP)

Docker / basic DevOps knowledge

Experience with scalable platforms, marketplaces, or social features

Payment gateway integration experience

Startup or product-company background

Communication & Work Style

Able to communicate clearly in English (written & spoken)

Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams

Able to understand business requirements, not just write code

Responsible, disciplined, and deadline-oriented

Open to feedback and improvement

Salary & Employment Type

Salary :  ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,60,000 INR per month

(Final amount based on experience and demonstrated ability)

Type :  Full-time, Remote

Location :  India only

Working Hours :  Flexible, outcome-focused

Salary is shown  only in INR .Performance Evaluation & Confirmation Policy (IMPORTANT)

All newly hired developers will undergo a  1-month performance evaluation period , starting from the first working day.

During this evaluation period, the developer’s performance will be assessed based on :

Actual coding ability

Code quality and structure

Speed of task completion

Problem-solving skills

Communication and collaboration

Ability to meet deadlines and understand requirements

Confirmation of continued employment will be decided at the end of the first month , based strictly on demonstrated performance and work output — not on CV claims or interviews alone.

If performance is found to be  unsatisfactory or below expectations , the company reserves the right  not to continue the engagement after the evaluation period , without further obligation.

This policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and high delivery standards.
