Client Account Manager US Position Summary
The Client Account Manager (US) is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships across the United States market. The role involves understanding client needs, driving service delivery excellence, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with hands-on experience in US market operations.
Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned US clients.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Understand client business needs, pain points, and expectations.
Conduct regular review meetings, performance discussions, and feedback sessions.
Account Growth & Strategy
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with company goals.
Prepare account plans, revenue forecasts, and performance reports.
Ensure renewal and expansion of existing contracts.
Service Delivery Coordination
Collaborate closely with delivery, recruitment, support, and project teams.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of services based on client SLAs.
Resolve client escalations and ensure service issues are addressed promptly.
Monitor service performance, metrics, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with client-side hiring managers, directors, and decision-makers.
Partner with internal leadership to align expectations and execution.
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain accurate client data, communication logs, and reports in CRM tools.
Track account progress, revenue, and financial metrics.
Ensure compliance with client policies, contracts, and processes.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in client management, account handling, or US staffing / services.
Strong understanding of US business culture, communication, and time zones.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
Preferred
Experience in US IT Staffing / VMS / MSP environments .
Experience using CRM, ATS, or account management tools (Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot, etc.).
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
