Digital Marketing Specialist

Grow Your Staff is looking for a Digital Marketer for a US-based software development company. This is a full-time remote position.

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with hands-on experience in link building, digital PR, and outreach for the US market..

Experience required- 3-5 years

CTC- 10-14 LPA

Location- Remote

Time- 5 : 30 pm- 2 : 30 am (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute link-building campaigns aligned with SEO and brand goals.
• Identify and outreach to high-authority websites, bloggers, and publishers to secure backlinks and guest post opportunities.
• Plan and manage digital PR campaigns targeting US audiences to enhance visibility and reputation.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to produce link-worthy assets (blogs, infographics, data reports, etc.).
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Build and maintain a database of media contacts, journalists, and influencers in relevant industries.
• Monitor backlink quality, remove toxic links, and ensure alignment with Google's guidelines.
• Research competitors' link profiles and identify new outreach opportunities.
