Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Plan, coordinate, and execute environment setup, refresh, and deployment activities.
• Ensure proper configuration and version alignment of applications and infrastructure components.
• Track and manage environment availability, ensuring minimal downtime during test cycles.
• Document environment configurations, dependencies, and deployment processes.
• Act as the first point of contact (L1 support) for environment-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot issues in coordination with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams.
• Maintain a ticket log and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues.

Essential Skills

• Basic Linux administration skills
• Windows administration skills
• Good in shell scripting or PowerShell scripting
• Understanding of CI / CD concepts to execute pipelines
• Basic admin skills for one of the DB – Oracle / MS SQL / PostgreSQL
• Basic Understanding of databases & Store procedures
• Troubleshooting skills
• IT Experience – 3 to 5 years
• Good Oral and written Communication
• Attention to detail
