Position : Project Engineer
Your Mission :
As a Project Engineer at Pophen, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing complex, high-tech projects to life — from concept to completion. You’ll lead, collaborate, and innovate to deliver cleanroom facilities that meet the highest global standards of performance, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Excellence : Drive cleanroom projects through every stage — concept, design, execution, commissioning, and handover — ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence.
Site Supervision : Oversee day-to-day installation and construction activities, managing technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain excellence on-site.
Technical Expertise : Serve as the go-to technical authority for your projects, resolving challenges and guiding teams and vendors with precision.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with architects, MEP and civil engineers, clients, and regulatory bodies to align on design intent, scope, and deliverables.
Documentation & Validation : Prepare and review technical documents, drawings, URS, and qualification protocols (IQ / OQ / PQ). Support commissioning, testing, and validation of cleanroom systems.
⚠ Risk & Quality Management : Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure design integrity, budget control, and safety compliance.
What You Bring
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 2–3 years with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5–6 years with a Diploma, preferably in cleanroom design, engineering, or construction for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or life sciences projects.
Skills : Strong technical understanding, hands-on project execution experience, and familiarity with industry standards for cleanroom environments.
Mindset : A results-driven engineer with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and building India’s high-tech future.
