What You'll Do :

• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Finance & Accounts business processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Work cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives
• Act as a strategic advisor on process transformation, aligning solutions with business needs
• Manage business requirements and demand for the Finance & Accounts department with a focus on delivering end-to-end, sustainable solutions
• Establish BPM governance, performance metrics, and process ownership for transparency and compliance
• Collaborate with ICT, Digitalization, and Procurement teams to digitize and automate key processes ensuring UAT, adoption, and value realization
• Champion data-driven decision making through process mining, analytics, and dashboards
• Lead change management to foster a culture of continuous improvement
