Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Python Developer to join our development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable applications using Python, coupled with advanced SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational databases. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain backend services and data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend applications using Python.

Write efficient, reusable, and testable Python code.

Build and maintaincomplex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Collaborate with Data Analysts, DevOps engineers, and Frontend Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and database performance problems.

Implement data validation, integrity checks, and quality control mechanisms within backend systems.

Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.

Contribute to code reviews and promote best practices in software development.

Required Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience using frameworks like Flask or Django(optional but a plus).

Deep understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

Experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance.

Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in API integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience with containerization (Docker), CI / CD tools, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Exposure to data warehousing or ETL processes is advantageous.
