HyperVerge - Senior Backend Engineer - API Gateway

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust cloud-native APIs, services, and Responsibilities :

• Utilize Auth0 and API Gateway to authenticate and authorize HTTP requests.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and DevOps engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness of web applications.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in performance optimization.
• Stay updated on the latest AWS cloud technologies and incorporate them into the development Qualifications :
• 3+ years of relevant experience in building and maintaining production backend web solutions.
• Expertise with AWS backend technologies, patterns, and practices, including Route 53, CloudFront, Lambda, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and IAM.
• Fluent in high-level languages, primary as JavaScript and secondary as Python.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using CDK or Terraform.
• Expertise in creating RESTful backend services.
• Expertise with Agile SDLC practices.
• Practical knowledge of cross-browser development and browser :
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for writing high-quality code.
• Ability to refactor and leave code in a better state than when found.
