Finance Data Analyst - OneStream / Tableau

Description :

As a highly motivated and detail-oriented team member, the successful candidate will utilize their knowledge in creating dashboards to provide analytical support directly to ATS Corporate Finance department.

This role will focus on the creation and maintenance of data visualizations within Tableau, OneStream, and other tools.

The Data Analyst will identify continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and make improvements from a dashboarding and analytics perspective to drive positive change within Corporate and across the :

ANALYSIS :

• Develop dashboards and data visualizations in OneStream, Tableau, and other tools.
• Integrate multiple data sources (actual, forecast, and plan data).
• Recommend improvements for analytics, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with Finance and IT to define specs and project plans.
• Monitor and resolve dashboard defects.
• Support planning and forecasting enhancements.
• Document all changes for SOX compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
