Network Aruba Switching and Wireless

Job Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Aruba Switching and Wireless Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Aruba network infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and efficient network environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure, Troubleshoot and manage Aruba switches and wireless solutions.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network issues.
• Optimize network performance using Aruba Central, ClearPass.
• Implement security policies and best practices for network infrastructure.
• Lead network upgrade projects and integration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and best practice guidelines.
• Act as an L3 escalation point for critical wireless network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot wired / wireless integration problems.
• Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement.
• Implement security best practices, including role-based access control (RBAC) and encryption protocols.
