Role Overview : We are looking for enthusiastic BDS graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team as Clinical Growth Officers. This is an inside sales role focused on building strong relationships with dental professionals, understanding their clinical needs, and driving product adoption through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with dentists across India via phone, WhatsApp, and email to understand their clinical requirements.
• Drive revenue growth by promoting relevant dental products and services.
• Educate and guide dental professionals on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices.
• Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and sales progress in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
