Job Title : SAP Tax / OneSource Support Consultant (8-12 years of experience)

Job Purpose :

The SAP Tax / OneSource Support Consultant with 8-12 years of experience will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation, integration, and maintenance of SAP Tax and OneSource solutions. This role involves providing in-depth functional and technical support, managing complex tax-related issues, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting key business stakeholders in achieving efficient and accurate tax processing. The consultant will be a subject matter expert (SME) and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business processes, compliance, and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

System Support and Optimization :

• Provide expert-level support for SAP Tax and OneSource solutions, ensuring the systems meet the needs of the business and comply with tax regulations.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, resolving issues related to tax configuration, data inconsistencies, and system errors across SAP Tax and OneSource platforms.
• Regularly monitor system performance and ensure timely resolution of system-related issues to maintain optimal functionality and availability.
