Experience : 10 to 13 Years

Location : PAN INDIA

Role Overview :

MS Purview DLP Architect will provide deep functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Purview implementation, serving as the primary knowledge resource for data classification, governance policies, and platform optimization across the regional rollout.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise & Implementation

Provide expert-level knowledge of MS Purview capabilities, features, and best practices.

Configure and customize Purview for specific regional requirements

Implement data classification schemes, sensitivity labels, and governance policies

Support Assessment, D&D (Define & Design), and Deploy & Test phases

Knowledge Management & Transfer

Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices

Conduct training sessions for regional teams and stakeholders

Create re-usable components and templates for efficient deployment

Support knowledge transfer activities during handover phases

Regional Implementation Support

Adapt MS Purview configurations for country-specific requirements

Support regional teams during deployment and testing phases

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution guidance

Ensure consistent implementation standards across all regions

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay current with MS Purview updates, new features, and industry best practices

Participate in feedback loops and continuous improvement initiatives

Support BAU Team with ongoing monitoring and optimization

Contribute to organizational knowledge base and methodology improvements

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance platforms

Deep technical knowledge of data classification, labeling and governance policies

Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure cloud services

Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements

Experience in multi-region implementations and change management

Preferred Qualifications :

Microsoft Purview or related Microsoft certifications

Experience with GDPR compliance and European data regulations

Strong presentation and training delivery skills
