Key Responsibilities :
Support end-to-end influencer campaign execution for brands across entertainment, lifestyle, tech, and other verticals under senior team guidanceConduct creator outreach and initial communication , including identifying potential influencers, sending collaboration proposals, and maintaining creator databasesAssist in campaign briefing and coordination with creators, ensuring clear communication of brand requirements and deliverablesMonitor campaign timelines and follow up with creators to ensure timely content delivery and compliance with brand guidelinesTrack and compile basic performance metrics from YouTube and Instagram analytics to support campaign reportingMaintain organized records of creator contacts, campaign details, and performance data using project management toolsSupport client communication by preparing status updates, creator lists, and campaign progress reportsAssist in identifying trending creators and emerging platforms for potential brand partnershipsCoordinate with internal teams including creative, account management, and operations to ensure smooth campaign executionHelp ensure legal compliance by tracking disclosure requirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications :
Fluency in any one Indian langauge Hindi or Kannada or Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam (mandatory) and English — strong verbal and written communication skills2 years of experience in influencer marketingUnderstanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and InstagramBasic knowledge of influencer marketing metrics and campaign performance trackingStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative on assigned tasksProficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and willingness to learn influencer marketing platformsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferredWhat We're Looking For :
