Social Media Manager ( Onsite-Mohali)

We’re seeking a

Social Media Manager

who can combine creativity, psychology, and performance-driven strategies to scale brand presence. This person should be equally strong in

organic growth

and

paid advertising (Meta Ads)

while leading a small team to execute.

Key Responsibilities

Develop

organic growth strategies

across IG, FB, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Utilize

consumer psychology

to craft emotionally engaging content that drives shares, saves, and sparks conversations.

Build and manage content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules.

Lead and mentor designers, copywriters, and community managers; enforce deadlines & SOPs.

Plan, launch, and optimize

Meta Ads campaigns

(lead gen, conversions, remarketing).

Drive community engagement : influencer outreach, partnerships, UGC, and micro-collaborations.

Track and report KPIs (reach, saves, shares, CTR, CPL, ROAS) with actionable insights.

Stay ahead of social trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools.

Requirements

3–5+ years of proven experience in organic growth & paid ads.

Portfolio / case studies showing

before-and-after metrics

for social growth.

Deep understanding of

content psychology

and audience behavior.

Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Buffer / Hootsuite, and analytics tools.

Excellent English communication; team leadership experience.

Bonus : Experience in multiple industries (Health & Wellness, Local Services, E-com, etc.).
