About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our brand, digital strategy, and growth initiatives.
This is a senior leadership position for someone who can balance creativity with analytical thinking — a leader who understands how to tell powerful stories while driving measurable business results.
You will oversee the full marketing ecosystem : brand, digital, performance, content, and communication.
Your work will shape how we show up in the market, how we communicate our value, and how we build long-term relationships with customers across multiple channels.
What You’ll Lead
- Build and execute a holistic marketing strategy that strengthens brand visibility and drives sustainable growth
- Oversee digital initiatives across paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social marketing, email, and web
- Partner closely with product, sales, and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints
- Analyze marketing performance and align strategy with business objectives
- Manage budgets, marketing planning, and long-term growth roadmaps
- Mentor, guide, and develop a high-performing marketing team
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in marketing leadership , preferably in tech, eCommerce, agency, or global brand environmentsStrong understanding of digital marketing, paid acquisition, and performance optimizationProven ability to build and execute multi-channel strategiesA creative thinker with strong business acumen and data-driven decision-makingExcellent communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or related field (MBA is a plus)
