Job Title : Site Supervisor – Interior Execution

Job Summary :

The Site Supervisor – Interior Execution will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring that interior projects are executed according to approved drawings, design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The role demands hands-on supervision, coordination with vendors and contractors, and efficient site management to deliver a seamless project execution experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise all on-site interior works including carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing activities.
• Ensure that the work is carried out as per approved drawings, design details, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for material delivery, installation, and timely completion of site works.
• Maintain a daily site report including manpower, progress updates, and issues encountered.
• Verify and ensure accurate measurements for billing and material estimation.
• Monitor and maintain site cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure proper workmanship and finishing.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Resolve on-site challenges and technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure project timelines and cost controls are adhered to.
