About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on experience in brand communication, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities :

Conceptualize and design creatives for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, and emailers.
Design marketing collaterals including brochures, packaging, presentations, banners, and ads.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all visuals.
Develop visual identities, layouts, and templates for campaigns and promotions.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers or freelancers.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) .

Experience Required : 5–7 Years

Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy .

Experience in designing for both digital and print media .

Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification :

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field .

Preferred Experience :

Prior experience in FMCG, Real Estate, or Lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Exposure to video editing, motion graphics, or UI / UX design will be a plus.
